Pregnancy Week 34 and 35!!!

WOW! Can you believe it's already been 35 weeks since I got pregnant? I can't. It's gone way too fast this time. Which I guess is a nice thing. I'm constantly out of breath and feel a little woozy quite often. Baby girl is sitting extremely low. I've started some tricks given to me by my midwives to start softening my cervix and getting everything ready for baby to come. I've been taking some pills called Evening Primrose Oils...they are supposed to help soften the cervix and then there is another one I will start when I'm 36 weeks it's called Dr. Christopher's 36 week pill (or something along those lines...I don't have the bottle with me) I've had lots of Braxton Hicks and lots of pain (hopefully my cervix working itself out) down low. Nothing serious where I'm counting how long and how often but enough to know they are there. Hopefully that means I'm progressing. My 35 week appointment is this Thursday so we will see what they think is going on. I haven't done any individual pictures recently mostly because we've been busy with other things (to come in another post) but these are the pics I do have.

This is me at 34 weeks. We went up to Rexburg for Birthday celebrations, Graduation and Easter with Chris' fam. This other tiny prego girl is my cousin Audrey--she babysat for us the night of Graduation. She is 24 weeks in this picture.

Here I am at 35 weeks (gosh dang it I'm wearing the same top) This is Arielle, Gracie, Brittany, Amaya, Jessi and myself at my babyshower. My theme (ish) was purple and soft greens. Hence everybody in purple except Jess and me in the same shirt as the above picture. hahaha My legs still look thin so I guess that's a good sign.

My stats:

We will see how the Dr. appt goes but my Scale is saying 148ish. At my 33 1/2 week appointment I was 146 so that's about 2lbs in 2 weeks. I can be happy with that. Some pictures my face looks fat and bloated in and some don't. I'm not feeling swollen in my hands or feet. But I never did with Grayson either...just my face. hahaI still have a bowl of cereal every night before I go to bed!

Payton does lots of rolling and some little kicks with her smaller body parts but loves to BULGE her way out of my belly making it nice and lopsided and super uncomfortable. Oh so we've decided on the name Payton. We've actually known that since before we got pregnant but I haven't said anything yet. The part we are stuck on is her middle name. We absolutely LOVE the name Nicole because it seems to flow really well. BUT it's not a family name so I am hesitant to give her that name. I would love to use the name Meredith which is my dad's name and my Grandma's Maiden name but Chris is a little unsure. I'm gonna keep workin on him.
