This picture has nothing to do with my post but I found it on my old camera and it was just too cute to not put up here. I love his slight thumbs up. :>
Wow! I'm in disbelief at how many good nights we've had with Grayson. My dad texted me the other night...well morning at 12am asking how I was feeling. I texted him back saying I was doing well and that it was helpful Gray had actually slept well the night before. He then proceeded to tell me that him my mom and siblings and been specifically praying for that as a family. I am prego so I was a little sensitive and was overwhelmed with gratitude. I know that those prayers were heard and they have been a blessing to us and Grayson. HE has now slept through the night happily for the last 3 nights.
The first night was a fight to get him in bed but he slept the whole night. The second night I had accidentally left the pack-n-play in his room for another child and he insisted on sleeping in there...so not wanting to put up a fight we let him and were surprised that he slept the whole night without a fuss. Then just last night he happily let Chris and I take him to his room (on his horsey--chris) and put him in his bed. He was a little sad an hour later so we went in to help him settle down and he was out for the rest of the night. I am grateful to have a family that is thoughtful of our needs. We feel blessed that they would consider praying for Grayson to sleep. Since I know my mom is reading this... Thank you and we love you guys. :>
I am still trying to not get my hopes up too much since I know it's still possible for him to have problems again. But hopefully this is the beginning to his adjustment. Crossing our fingers.
As for me I'm still tired A LOT more than I ever remember being with Grayson. It's funny because people say well it's probably because you're watching 3 other kids. Problem is that's not true because when I was prego with Gray I worked at a preschool with 8-12 kids everyday for the last 3-4 hours by myself. I'm still worried she's breach...I constantly feel her kicking around deep down in there. Kind of painful. We will see what my midwife says this coming Wednesday. I'm not confident enough to show you a picture of my belly button but it's starting to poke out! Definitely didn't have that with Grayson. haha It's kind of funny looking...it's not all the way out because you can't see it through my clothes but it is kind of bubbling from deep inside of my belly button and I'm sure in the next little while it might actually poke out past my actual stomach. haha
And here I am 22 weeks and 4 days! My mom got me this shirt from Plato's closet...it's working well for maternity. :> And of course the hubby isn't home so once again I'm taking my own picture.
