My cousin recently updated her blog and realized I needed to do the same. So I'm kind of stealing her idea...haha Thanks Kylie!

Grayson:

-Gray will be attending NURSERY in 3 SUNDAYS!!! EEEP! I am so excited and yet very interested to see how he does. I'm sure he will be fine because I watch so many kids everyday it shouldn't be a problem. I am nervous about how he will respond to other parents speaking to him if he gets in trouble or there is a problem with him and another child. He is so used to me and Chris that it will be interesting to see how he responds to other adults. BUT I am very excited to have my hubby back in sunday school with me. :>
- Gray is so close to 30 lbs and has his 18 month checkup in a few weeks so we will have official stats then!
- He wears 18-24 month clothes and has been for the last 3 months!
- He talks like crazy sometimes just jibber jabber to himself but can also say many words on his own.
- He runs, and hops, and jumps EVERYwhere he goes. He will take a bite of food and hop across the room and back.
-HE is constantly happy the only time I see him cry is when he is really physically hurt and it has to be pretty bad. Otherwise he will whine if he knows you saw it happen. hahaha trickster!!
- Grayson is a doll and our little boy. We love him deeply and are happy he is a part of our family. Love you buddy

Of course he can't take one set of pictures without these faces
Chris celebrated his 25th birthday in APRIL!!! He is a quarter of a century can you believe it?! As many of you know Chris is finishing up some classes for PreDent. He will be graduating with his degree in Exercise Science in April of 2012! I am so proud of him and all of his hardwork and grateful for his effort to attend many years of school to one day soon provide for our family. He is currently taking one class this semester doing O-chem. YUCK! He is doing well. Chris takes the DAT at the end of June. Thoughts and prayers would be greatly appreciated. Chris and I both received callings this past month Chris in the Sunday School presidency and he has been asked to teach the Gospel Doctrine Class in July and August. I am very excited! One last piece of exciting news about Chris...I have finally convinced Chris to donate plasma!!! WOOHOOO!!! hahaha. He has been going for a few weeks but he goes Tuesdays and Thursdays and we make just over 200$ a month off of that which is awesome on top of what I make.

Myelf:
I currently am babysitting 3 girls and 2 boys one boy being Grayson. I still love it. It keeps me busy and pays good money. I am also looking for more. I still find that I have too much time on my hands sometimes. I was called (thankfully not into primary) But I was called into the Compassionate Services and I organize everything to do with members moving out. Pretty easy and I enjoy it. :> It's nice not having to deal with more children on sunday. :> I love staying home watching children but mostly being home with my little love bug Grayson. He is the joy in my day and everyday. We love to take walks play in the parks and be with friends. I work hard to keep our house clean, and myself looking good. haha. I'm mostly just busy being a mom, a babysitter, and a supportive wife to a busy student Husband! I Love where we're at what we're doing and what we've accomplished. We hope and pray we are accepted into BAylor for the fall of 2012 so we can be close to family and enjoy the texas sun by the pool...at least for me. We are grateful for families and friends who love and support us.

Yay! I'm so glad you updated! LOVE IT!
ReplyDeleteYou are so good for updating your blog, I never DO! I feel like I have nothing to write about with Landon being gone all Summer, but I need to get better. Can't wait to hang out soon!
ReplyDeleteI hope Chris does well on the DAT. We'll keep him in our thoughts and prayers.
